Warranty Coverage

  • 1-Year Warranty on lift components (arms, columns, adapters, pads)
  • 6-Month Warranty on hydraulics, pump, and motor assemblies
  • 30-Day Warranty on electrical and wearable parts

Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only. Improper use or unauthorized modifications void warranty.

Installation Guidelines

We strongly recommend professional installation by a certified technician for optimal safety and performance.

  • Minimum 4–6" reinforced concrete flooring required
  • Follow torque and leveling specifications for anchors
  • Use correct circuit breakers and wiring for motors
  • Inspect arms and locks before initial use
